Data collected
We only collect data you actively provide through our forms : name, first name, email, phone, address, type of dwelling and intervention description.
Technical data (IP address, user-agent) is briefly logged for site security.
Purposes and legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR)
- Handling your intervention request — contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Answering your questions — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Meeting legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- With your consent : audience measurement and marketing (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Retention period
- Intervention requests : 3 years after last contact.
- Accounting data : 10 years (legal obligation).
- Cookie consent : 13 months maximum.
- Technical logs : 12 months maximum.
Recipients and processors
Your data is shared only with our team and our technical processors (hosting, email), bound by Art. 28 GDPR contracts. We never sell your data and never transfer it to third parties for advertising purposes.
Transfers outside the EU
Our servers are hosted in Luxembourg (EU) by EuroDNS S.A.. By default, no data is transferred outside the EU. Should any future processor operate outside the EU, transfers will be covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
