Purpose
These terms cover two areas :
- Browsing and use of huminus.lu.
- Inspection, cleaning and maintenance services provided by T.M. INVEST S.à r.l. : MVHR cleaning, underfloor heating flushing, solar fluid renewal, humidity diagnostics.
Quotes and orders
Each service is the subject of a tailored quote following a request via the intervention form or direct contact. The site does not offer online sales or online payment.
The contract is formed upon signature of the quote by the customer.
Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in euros, including Luxembourg VAT. Payment terms are detailed in each quote. Late payment automatically triggers interest at the statutory rate in force.
Service execution
Services are performed by our team or qualified subcontractors, in accordance with industry standards and Luxembourg regulations.
The customer agrees to provide safe access to the premises and to disclose any technical specificity.
Warranty and claims
Services benefit from the legal warranties applicable in Luxembourg.
Claims must be sent in writing to contact@huminus.lu shortly after the intervention, with supporting evidence.
Use of the site
The user must use the site for its intended purpose and refrain from impairing its operation, security or third-party rights. T.M. INVEST S.à r.l. reserves the right to suspend access in case of misuse.

Liability
T.M. INVEST S.à r.l. shall not be liable for indirect, intangible or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or performance of the services, except in cases of gross or wilful misconduct.
Force majeure
T.M. INVEST S.à r.l. cannot be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations in the event of force majeure within the meaning of Luxembourg law.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the District of Luxembourg-City.
